A special notice to highway users.

      

Due to the prevailing bad weather, the Highway Traffic Division requests that the drivers using the highways maintain their speed limit at 60 kilometers per hour.

They further request to keep a distance between the vehicles until the destination, and to keep the front headlights on in dark light conditions.
